WELCOME! It's a Potpourri RoundUP!
It's time for a new RoundUP of lots of miscellaneous 'views' that I've seen over the last couple of months on my school visits as Author Illustrator. I have gathered up a new go-round of images that would have fit in earlier RoundUPs reported here. I'm going to share the 'new' image and then give you a link to an earlier article where this idea reminds me of others on the same theme.
I see that my earlier article on classroom doors is now my #1 read article here of all time! Here are some 'new' decorated doors for your inspiration.
Right up there at the top of my Top 10 list of favorites is the one with dozens and dozens of bulletin board ideas. Here's several more that could help inspire further just like the tons of ideas in that earlier RoundUP.
*** Here's the link to that MASSIVE Bulletin Board RoundUP.
Here are some new word wall presentations.
This first one incorporates student photographs.
This variation is the ULTIMATE in flexible and has the words being added on post-it notes to follow the classroom's color scheme.
Next up from a kindergarten room in the greater Denver area --
a word wall with "environmental" print additions in logo style.
Tape has been added to a white board for this collection of sight words.
Don't you just love these name-mosaics?
They would be an awesome addition to a unit
"All About Me."
*** Here's the link to the earlier Round-UP on All About Me.
I was just fortunate to meet Deanna Jump of Mrs. Jump's Class at the Orlando SDE Kindergarten Conference last week. She had oodles of anchor charts and glyphs to share with her captive, standing room only audience. Here's one of her projects to support expanding on "Pete the Cat." Do you LUV his shoes? You know how I feel about orange, right?
*** Here's the link to my earlier article on all projects Pete.
Now for an oh-so-clever three dimensional pop-up of pigs!
I'm such a fan of pigs and have my own "Piggy Rap."
Should this go into a RoundUP or fold-ables or pigs?
[Note to self: make a new RoundUP of foldables for this Friday's Fine Motor Fun.]
*** Here's the link to an earlier article with UBBER cute pig-projects you've just got to see.
Take a look at these AMAZING under-the-sea collaborative Art Projects.
Here's one of my first, ever RoundUPs: All Things Beach!
Look at this GLORIOUS "bucket-filling" system!
Makes my happy graphic heart do a flipflop!!
***Here's an earlier RoundUP on all things "Kindness/Emotional Intelligence + Buckets.
Behavior charts: individual clips.
Simplicity is always classic.
****This variation belongs in my earlier RoundUP of all things behavior.
You've got to appreciate an Anchor Chart to help with your math skill development.
***I've got to get this chart added to my earlier MATH RoundUP!
Are you ready for some more classroom "tree" variations?
I've got three new ones!
From bulletin boards to classroom walls.
***I had an entire RoundUP devoted to all things 'tree' related earlier this fall.
And in conclusion, here's such an awesome bulletin board of Happy Campers. This was at Seven Hills in Cincinati -- earlier this fall. Don't ya just LUV it?
-- Debbie --
