Every year there is a farm-impliment festival at the top of the hill, sponsored by the Liberty Grove Historical Association. Of course the fledgling museum and out-buildings are of interest, as are the numerous antique tractors, but if truth be told--we put the event on our calendar so that we can have the sweet potato blossom each year. Take one sweet potato and cut-curl it into one continuous loop, with a hand held drill. Then click your heels 3 times and it's a frothie 'tato, better than anything you've ever, ever had before. 363 days to go till next year's blossom. Mark your calendar.
