These first three pictures are taken right 'down-town' in our Sister Bay. You know you're in Sister Bay when you see the goats on Al Johnson's restaurant roof. Scandanavian fun. It's still June, so not quite the traffic conundrum of the high season..... the goats are always a crowd pleaser. Of all the pictures I've taken of the goats over the years, I think this is the first to capture one kicking his heels up! We then perched on one of the benches downtown and gandered at the public swimming dock on this gorgous afternoon, watching the boats enjoy the day.
Here's a peek at this morning's very talented seagull, perched on the railing across @ Rowley's Bay on the Lake Michigan side. This is the midway point for our bike rides, with the reward coming from Grandma's bakery..... our favorite is their cranberry, nut muffin. Lake Michigan in the morning, Green Bay in the afternoon. Ya just gotta love a peninsula.
