TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK PARTY
This is the week! Let the party begin! Time to celebrate all things teacher! All things educator! All things dedication!
I'm working on a Slideshare program of all of my favorite teacher quotes.
Here are a few of my favorites!
I'll remember to add the link to the total project when I get it accomplished.
The first phase will go live on Mother's Day.
Stay tuned.
I'm participating with over 100+ fellow teacher bloggers who are appreciating their peers and fellow teachers.
It's a BIG PARTY!
There are prizes!
LOTS and LOTS and Lots of prizes!
Register in my Rafflecopter for 55 digital files!
I've donated my digital file for
"You're Wonderful."
Here's a little flip book of Kinder drawings to illustrate my song.
{{{Just in case you've never heard it before.}}}
It will be used at oodles of End-of-Year festivities:
Mother's Day performances this week
and then the year end graduations of PreK and Kindergarten!
The digital file includes a pdf of the sign language to support the song.
There are two Mp3 versions included: a sung version and an instrumental only for your karioke performance.
Look what a cute addition t-shirts would make for a performance!
These beauties were created in central FL in honor of the arrival for my author/illustrator school visit in their midst. What a brilliant idea!
This whole incredible bloghop and giveaway is being orchestrated by the
amazing AMY of
I have so many reasons to be grateful to Amy!!!!
Not the least of which is that we share the same fashion sense!
That's the two of us last summer in VEGAS
at the Kinder-Blogger Meet up.
Amy filmed the grand finale of my opening KEYNOTE.
You simply *MUST* watch.
Five luminary Kinder teachers dance!
As if that is not enough!
Amy arranged for me to come to her school earlier this year!
She hosted me in her home!
Her own mom took me back to the airport!
She gave me a battery charger for my camera!
PLUS she made this bulletin board in response to my picture book!
She had her Kinder-Kiddos make this AMAZING quilt in response to the art I created for my picture book version of the song.
I made those illustrations out of fabric as small quilts.
Go back to this article to see close ups of their project.
As if this is not sufficiently thrilling.....
I have another brilliant blogger who is hosting a unique
TEACHER APPRECIATION Celebration --
Where I am the prize!
Quite literally.
Her contest is set up to choose between a set of my picture books or a SKYPE visit for your classroom!
