Dinosaur Romp

"Chomp your teeth now very loud, Tyrannosaurus was mighty proud......... thru the swamp......... join me in the Tyrannosaurus chomp." It's our own little version of 'guitar hero.' Everyone gets to play their own air guitar, with a few choosing air drums. Think AC/DC for the preschool set. Yet within all of this movement and flow of oxygen to the brain, there is definite follow-the-leader mentality. [BTW, I always get to be the leader, that's one reason that I graduated from college -- to be the leader. LOL.]

Air Guitar -- Rock Star

We're getting all warmed up on our "air guitars" so that we'll be ready for a great, big, follow-the-leader stomp in our "Dinosaur Romp." These are the big kiddos of the morning and we can have oodles of fun together, because they are such great listeners. We've been singing together for YEARS now, since they were the tiny tots. They have so many favorite songs of mine that we always run out of time before they run out of suggestions. Stay tuned for more fun ahead.

Air Guitar, Rock Star

Today was 'lucky duck day' and we had a special request for "Dinosaur Romp." Here's our big kids playing their air guitars as we romp around the large muscle room. And yes. For anyone keeping track..... those are indeed my ORIGINAL, "Happy Pants!! Purchased well over a decade ago at a thrift store with Noelle, up on the north end. They were my very first 'costume' piece. The kids just loved them everywhere I wore them -- and that's what instigated my whole current wardrobe-of-choice. LOL. I'm sure they've been washed several hundred times, and while not quite as bright as they were in the beginning, they still make a statement. Unfortunately the derriere is getting v-e-r-y thin and I fear they will need to be retired in the near future. I may have to quilt a whole new back side for them. In any case they will go to the Debbie Clement hall-of-fame upon their final retirement. Memories.
