Imagine my myriad-array of feelings upon this type of greeting. ELATION!!!! DELIGHT!!!

It is a true joy to walk into a building and know that my arrival has been anticipated.

What a treasure: the invitation. What an awesome responsibility: the time together.

Go Piggies!! Go Piggies!!

We had a seriously amazing, break-dancin', audience praticipatin', "Piggy Rap" with this mature crowd. It was a challenge for me to select our 'pigs' for the stage -- as so many were willing to show us their moves. It was like an audition for 'So You Think You Can Dance.' It would have been amazing to have this captured on video. I'm sure it would have been a big hit on YouTube!

SECOND Graders!!!

I spend the majority of my time in classrooms of preschool and kindergarten. I get real excited when I have an invitation to work with first grade which happens periodically, BUT when I have mature second graders -- well, it's all I can do to contain myself!! Look at these brilliant second graders. Yes. We had fun. Yes. We shared much in our hour together. Yes. They were completely engaged.
