DIAGRAMS, GRAPHS and CHARTS: OH MY!
I visit HUNDREDS of classrooms during a school year
in dozens and dozens of different schools,
across a multitude of states!
LUV IT!
Making my author/illustrator picture book presentations is
THRILLING!!!
Taking pictures while I'm on site to share?
PRICELESS!
I never tire of seeing excellence in early education.
Today's RoundUP theme?
~~Graphs, Diagrams and Charts~~
Most of these are from PreK, Kinder and First Grade.
I may have slipped a couple 'older' examples in, but basically I spend the majority of my time with the littles and the primary grades.
I may have slipped a couple 'older' examples in, but basically I spend the majority of my time with the littles and the primary grades.
During my final school visit of the year,
I saw this graph in the hallway and it took my breath away!
To me? It looked like a quilt!
I was very good at Math throughout my formal education years.
Now I'm wondering if my art career resulted from all of those years spent in geometry?
Inquisitive minds want to know.
When I saw these graphs in Indiana of favorite veggies and fruits,
I knew that it was time for a new RoundUP theme.
So I've been digging through my files to share as many examples as I could locate.
There are well over 100 variations of graphs and diagrams for your inspiration.
By all means, PLEASE {and thank you} PIN
from the article as you find favorites.
I work so hard at documenting teacher excellence, in the hopes of *newbies* discovering me on Pinterest as a result of my sharing here.
Yes. All of these amazing images are Pin-bait!
[True confessions.]
These two presidential charts are from my visit(s) to
THE Mr. Greg's Room.
Yes. He is that gosh-darn-awesome in person.
Yes. He is that clever.
Yes. His Mustached Monsters ADORE him.
Yes. He is giving away copies of my signed and personalized picture book,
TALL GIRAFFE
as his end-of-the-year gift.
Yes. You need to visit him at Kindergarten Smorgasboard.
I am so proud of myself when I plan ahead. Even by a tad-bit.
This seems like such a critical area that I put out an invitation to my fellow bloggers to have me share some of their examples, within the same RoundUP.
The images that follow are graciously being loaned by these WonderPeeps.
I have included a link to the article on THEIR blog, where the graph first appeared.
Many thanks to these kind hearted folks!
ENJOY some more!

The funny thing?
They are perfect to launch the new school year as well!
