Beach Bulletin Boards + Crafts

photo of: Beach RoundUP via RainbowsWithinReach

Can you believe I found a blog-hop focused on BEACH ideas?
You gotta know I'm ALLLLL over this one, folks!!!
I'm seriously delighted to develop this 'theme' in one post!

OH HAPPY DAY: BEACH IDEAS ALL IN ONE PLACE!

Beach Blog Hop

I think you're gonna appreciate this 'round-up' from my various school visits as "Author/Illustrator, Children's Music-Lady." (Yes I wear a lot of hats!!) Oodles of bulletin boards -- everyone's favorite Pinterest search.

Thanks to Mary at Sharing Kindergarten for the motivation!

Here are a variety of bulletin boards from an Ohio Preschool. They've created an array of simple, under-sea creatures.... using paper plates and coffee filters: created with bubble wrap printing and water color paints. Ooo-la-la!!

Beach Blog Hop

If you're thinking 'beach' surely you're thinking SUN!!!

Beach Preschool Art

Here's a variation on the previous bulletin board idea.
Notice this one has crabs, dolphin and turtles in their display.

Their entire building was 'awash' with beach ideas!

Preschool Painting

And my favorite sunshine of all time!!!!
LUV me my wittle footies!

Speaking of paper plates.... how simple is this idea?

Colorful Art by children

These student paintings are just outside my brother's front door.
On a 'permanent' art installation.

You'll never guess their placement.
If you missed them the first time around, you may want to check this post.

Happy fish from little fingers in New York!!

These toddler paintings were created by folding the paper,
which allows for two 'unique' painting surfaces.
BRILLIANT!!!!

I got to see these fish swimming in NY earlier this year during my two day Artist in  residence.

I took these next collage photos AT THE BEACH!
We visited an Arts Festival on the FL beach and they featured children's Art.

Here's a favorite sunset from our Door County, WI summer.

I created some photo-based writing prompts for an earlier blog hop.
Funny, how several of them have a 'beach theme.'

Here are the posts where those were featured.

This 'School-of-Love' Bulletin Board of fish was captured on a FL visit to VPK.
