Praise Report: Kindness & Scripture!

BLESSINGS BLESSINGS BLESSINGS
I'm not sure if you've noticed how many amazing things have been happening in my life this year? There have been so many things to share since I began documenting all of the joy and support. This week goes to the top of the list.

You've maybe heard me yammering on and on about our #TeacherFriends twitter chat? This is the week one of my cyber friends became a friend IRL {yup: #InRealLife!}

I had been giving a WI shout out to Lisa whenever she joined us, and genuinely hoped we'd meet if she ever had a chance to come to Door County this summer. It happened. She drove across the state this week. Bearing THE.MOST.INCREDIBLE.GIFT!!!

Nestled deep in the tissue paper was a Mason Jar......
filled with bright colored paper strips.
Strips with scripture verses,
the scripture verses that Lisa has read in my blog
since I started my Praise Reports.

"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you, and persecute you." Matthew 5:44
"Assuredly, the evil man will not go unpunished, but the descendants of the righteous will be delivered." Proverbs 11:21
"For it is indeed just of God to repay with affliction those who afflict you and to give relief to the afflicted." Thessalonians 2:3-7
"Ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day." Genesis 50:20

"Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord.... The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." Exodus 14:13-14
"But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19
"In my distress I called upon the Lord, Yes, I cried to my God; and from His temple He heard my voice, And my cry for help came into His ears." 2 Samuel 22:7
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith." Matthew 21:22
"And God is able to bless you abundantly so that in all things, at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." 2 Corinthians 9:8

It is an incredible, unique person that has an idea like this.
It is an amazing person that follows through and pulls it together.

It is a one-of-a-kind person that drives across the state to hand deliver encouragement in a jar!!!

Yes.
If there was any question in your mind...........
here is yet more evidence that I am blessed beyond measure.

The three of us spent an incredible evening together,
counting the Plein Air artists around Fish Creek
{and chasing ducks.}

The annual Plein Air Festival is my favorite week of the year!
We were able to attend both of the paint-offs
and lots of the scheduled painting locations.

Susan Hale at the Edgewood Orchard Gallery

It is so inspiring to see raw talent in action.
The weather was truly post card memorable.

The garden's are absolutely in their prime.
Color everywhere.

My sister Rebecca and brother-in-law Dale drove up from Georgia for the week.

We've so much fun together!
They know their way around this trip.
Here's the view at 'Fred and Fuzzy's' for our annual lunch.

What's a Praise report without God's sunset?

This one was at Peninsula Players.
We were surprised with a present of a set of tickets from our sweet niece.

Today was the final 'paint-off' in Sister Bay.
As much as I LUV to watch the professionals in action..........

I LUV LUV LUV to see the children paint at water's edge.

In the midst of all of the painting and the gardens,
I had my first ever webinar.
Sponsored by Frog Street Press and hosted by edWeb.net.

I'll have to share more about that tomorrow.
Let's just summarize that the event was INTERNATIONAL!

We were NUMBER ONE for the week!

It is now recorded and can be watched at your leisure!

Yes. All of that happened in a week!
Yes. That's actually just the tip of the ice burg of joy and gratitude.

***We had our largest order of Wobble Seats come in from SD.
The order was for the TEEN size,
for eighth graders!
Plus they are going to do a study on their effectiveness!
Can't wait for the feedback.

As always, our daughter Sarah is in need of folks willing to host a cyber party at Younique.

Just let me know and I'll get you connected.
Yup. That's me on the fourth horse!
So many blessings! So very many blessings!
Your prayers of support are so VERY VERY VERY appreciated.
Thank you!
