WELCOME or WELCOME BACK!
It's Friday and that means Fine Motor and FINE ARTS!!!
What happy images I have to share today as our series continues to unfold! These photos are from my excursion speaking at Concordia College.
ENJOY!!

Here comes a photo-of-a-photo, but I just couldn't resist. "Who me?"

This over-sized piece above was on-the-easel awaiting 'tomorrow's arrival and continuation' of a masterpiece in process. This is obviously a work unfolding in time, from a variety of contributors. GLORIOUS!

LUV LUV LUV this next one. With the feathers! It was literally matted and hanging in the 'Art Collection Museum' space and on display for everyone's appreciation.

Now take a look at several 'sculptural' pieces which allow for the exploring of three dimensions in found objects. These every day items are repurposed into a life of appreciated Art in our midst.

The fact is, these drums will reverberate joy throughout the day: LITERALLY!

These next two pieces were also on display in the central Art Museum. The lower piece has a base of styrofoam and was no doubt a piece of protective-packing  foundation for an over-sized plasma screen of some sort. This allows for the further exploration that pipe cleaners provide. It's hard to pick a favorite.

Any program for children that celebrates ART to this extent, celebrates ALL of the ARTS. LUV LUV LUV this next mind-map that serves as a reminder of some of the tangents possible in the exploration of MUSIC! Talk about Fine Motor Leading to Fine Arts. Wowzers!

I always like to conclude our week's roundUP with the reminder, "Always let them see YOU writing!" It's a significant part of our day..... keeping our memories alive!

Tomorrow will be the launch of the directory for Kinder-Pinners.
Come back tomorrow to find fellow pinners who have a focus on Kindergarten.
