It takes everyone working together as a team for individuals to shine. 

Look at this BRILLIANT bulletin board seen recently during my author-illustrator school visit. 

What a true delight. 

The students have been photographed individually with their strategy for rocking the standardized FCAT. 

I am not going to use today's platform for a rant against standardized testing. 

I have had plenty of those already.
