We're sitting here on the Florida beach having spent the afternoon walking the Atlantic and watching the waves. It made me remember that I'd taken some pictures earlier of very young children's art that totally flabbergasted me at the time.
The lovelies above were in the TODDLER room at an Early Childcare Center.
I was drawn to them all the way across the room!!!! If you look closely, you may surmise as I did that each child's paper was initially folded into areas dividing the paper roughly into one-third and two-thirds sections. This 'magic' folding gives the child access with their paints to only one section at a time.
The 'wave' area could be created in one setting -- allowed to dry and then the sky could be applied on a second occasion. Let that dry. Open up for an amazing sunset!

Apply an umbrella and the sinking sun. Bingo-bango: MASTERPIECE!!!!
