Paint-Out @ Dock

All forty artists were engaged in an evening "Paint Off" using the same 'subject' area. They were all to be @ Anderson's Dock for the evening hours of 6 -9:00 pm on Wed. There were 5 artists out on a jutting jetty. Another 5 perched on a hill. One down an individual mini-dock. Here an artist, there an artist, everywhere an artist, artist. Their contracts call for them to turn in a total of 6 framed pictures from the start of the week till sundown tonight/on Friday. I even learned that all canvas or paper being used has to be 'stamped' as blank, at the beginning of the week..... to make certain that all work is created during the hours of the festival.
