We've driven north to our slice of heaven-on-earth. No trip to Door County, WI is complete without a swing by my BCO buddy, Saint's house. Following an amazingly efficient drive thru Chicago, we arrived in Beloit in time for the greatest spread of nibbles conceivable. She really out-did herself this time. This photo was snapped by my new BB phone! Capturing the two of us in the kitchen -- in one of our spontaneous hugs. From there we drove north and arrived to sunshine reigning all over our peninsula. Here's the sunset from our first night "back."
Everything is so green!! Our fledgling plantings from last summer are gorgeous. The ferns are thriving. The hostas are glorious. Pictures to follow!
