Just before all of the festivities get underway. A group of children comes down to the gym to make sure that I feel welcome and to present me with a rainbow of their handprints..... I get a great big -- round the neck hug, big-boy hug AND THEN The gym is full. It's times like this that I wish I could bottle all of that energy & enthusiasm.
